1962 – Co-founded California Association of Licensed Repossessors. 1962 – Founded Able Auto Adjusters. 1965 – Became Member of American Recovery Association. 1973 – Elected to the Board of Directors, American Recovery Association. 1974 – Became a member of the National Finance Adjusters. 1979 – Became president of American Recovery Association. 1981 – Became president of California Association of Licensed Repossessors. 1999 – Re-elected president of American Recovery Association.

Weiss was a Co-Founder of the California Association of Licensed Repossessors, of which we have been a member for over 55 years.
Through the American Recovery Association we currently carry a $5,000,000 bond and through National Finance Adjusters we have an additional $1,000,000 bond.
